On Neil's side of the story, his life has been going down hill fast. He's just been dumped by his girlfriend for being "a boring ass hole", with this among other things he's on a road to giving up on himself. On Stephan's side, he's a pot head. He get's drugs from the mafia. But, when he can't pay anymore the Don sends him and Neil on a kidnapping mission in Washington, which they must do or die. This doesn't help Neil's situation. After a long road trip they complete their mission only to find out that they have kidnapped the President of the United States. So now they must bring him back to the Don, while being chased down by the CIA, and dealing with their own problems.
